Community Sports

(inc. Home Ed and SEND Sports Sessions)

Our Community Sports Sessions are designed to be fun, inclusive and accessible to everyone, including home-educated children and those who benefit from alternative or specialist provision.

We offer a wide range of sports and activities, creating opportunities for children and young people to be active, build confidence, develop new skills and connect with others in a welcoming environment.

Watch this space, as we prepare to launch our own dedicated community sessions specifically supporting children who are home educated or require alternative provision.

We also work closely with our partners at Wiltshire Council and Salisbury City Council, delivering Doorstep Sports Clubs at Friary and Bemerton Heath, as well as the Ability Counts programme alongside Salisbury Football Club and Salisbury City Council.

Our aim is to continue building strong community partnerships and providing opportunities for every child to get active, have fun and feel included.

Boccia

Our Boccia Sessions are becoming increasingly popular, thanks to the inclusive nature of the sport, which means people of all ages and abilities can take part, have fun and enjoy being active together.

Boccia is a great way to develop coordination, concentration and teamwork, while creating a welcoming and social environment for everyone.

One of our most popular sessions is currently held at Pavilion on the Park in Southampton, where we continue to see growing numbers and a fantastic community atmosphere.

Our Salisbury Boccia session is back - please check our Upcoming Events page for the latest details on where to find us.

Whether you’re new to Boccia or already enjoy the sport, everyone is welcome to come along and get involved!

Youth Club

We run our own Youth Clubs and play an active role in delivering youth provision across Salisbury and the surrounding areas.

Our sessions provide teenagers with a safe, welcoming and positive environment where they can meet new people, build friendships, develop social skills and grow in confidence, all while having fun and getting involved in sports, games and activities.

We believe youth clubs are an important space for young people to feel included, try new things and develop skills outside of the classroom.

We are currently involved in Pewsey Youth Club, Marlborough Youth Club, Bishopdown Youth Club and Buzz Action, working alongside our community partners to create engaging opportunities for young people.

Care Homes and Senior Sessions

We provide fun, engaging seated sports and activity sessions for care homes, day centres and older members of our community, helping people stay active, connected and involved, whatever their ability or mobility.

Our sessions are designed to encourage movement, boost confidence, provide opportunities to meet new people and, most importantly, have fun in a friendly and social environment.

We work with a number of locations in and around Salisbury, including Old Sarum Manor, Harnham Day Centre, Bemerton Live, Elizabeth House and Avonbourne Care Centre, to name just a few.

Through our sessions, we aim to bring people together, create positive experiences and show that it’s never too late to enjoy being active.
