Holiday & Day Camps
At District Sports, we off Holiday and Day Camps during school holidays, school INSET days and weekends! We feel we have created a wonderful Multi-Sports Day Camp that is suitable and enjoyable for all ages, abilities and diversities.
Typically, we offer a wide range of sports throughout the day so that your children can guarantee to find something they enjoy, or maybe even something they haven’t given a try yet! If sports isn’t their favourite thing to do, then that’s okay, you can be rest assured that the day will be full of other games and activities suited to everyone, alongside an arts and crafts table where the children can fill their day with colouring, drawing and making things!
Please make sure your child brings food for snack times, lunch time and enough non-fizzy drinks to last throughout the day and we shall provide you with all the fun you could need!
District Sports partner up with local communities and business such as Rebecca’s Out of School Club and WASPs to add sports to their existing camps. We can also help run Day Camps for other businesses, sports clubs or schools; drop us an email and we will gladly help create and run the perfect camp for you.
Camps with our Partners
We work with numerous organisations to deliver camps and have become the main provider for many of our Partners. We work closely with YMCA, AWS and more locally, Chalke Valley Sports Centre.
District Sports is already an approved provider within the HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) programme, which places us in a strong position to deliver high-quality, inclusive holiday provision for children and families within the community.
The HAF scheme is delivered using the brand FUEL (Food, Unity, Energy, Laughter) this provides eligible school-aged children with free access to enriching activities, nutritious meals and healthy eating information during the Easter, Summer, and Christmas holidays.
We successfully deliver the FUEL scheme in Wiltshire (Salisbury, Melksham, Corsham and Devizes) and fully understand the importance of providing provision that is both well-structured and effectively managed, while also remaining flexible, inclusive, and accessible to all children.
